As Hang moved more of our platform onchain, we began to face a new set of issues:
Performance is too slow
Fees are too high and unpredictable
The right primitives for onchain loyalty do not yet exist
Brand concerns about privacy
Brand desire to control marketplaces
We realized that Hang isn't the only organization in the world facing these problems. That's why we decided to spin up the Hang Foundation, which will build a new chain and software layer that solves all the problems with current onchain loyalty.
